- 1/2 c soy sauce
- 1/2 c pineapple juice
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c apple cider vinegar
- 4 large garlic cloves, smashed
- optional: 2 drops red food coloring
- 2 1/2 lb pork loin or belly, cut into ¼” thick slices
- Mix together all of the ingredients in a plastic container or large resalable plastic bag. Marinade for at least 24 hours or up to 3 days.
- In a large pan preheated to medium high heat add slices of pork and cook on each side for about a minute or two.
